I am an attorney at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings and my practice is focused on two areas: emerging businesses and technology. I’m the vice-chair of our IP & Competitive Practices Team, and I am also heavily involved in our Emerging Business Team. I also am a member of our international team, and, in that capacity, provide advice on IP, technology, and corporate issues for clients doing business overseas, with a particular focus on Europe and China.
In this blog, I will write about those topics, as well as whatever else might be on my mind at any given time. I will try to update a couple of times a week, but in reality I will update it approximately whenever I feel like it.
